The Kryder Cares office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In-person meetings are available at 842 W South Boundary St in Perrysburg during those hours, along with phone and video appointments. Messages left after hours are returned the next business day.

Can I meet with Kris by phone or video?

Yes. Phone and video appointments work well if you live farther away, have a busy schedule, or would rather meet from home. Kris can share her screen to walk through plan comparisons. Choose phone or video when you book online, or mention it when you call.

Can my family member join my appointment?

Yes. Many people find it helpful to bring a spouse, adult child or trusted friend to their appointment. Family members can join in person, by phone or on video. Kris is happy to answer everyone’s questions so that you all feel comfortable with your choices.

What should I bring to a Medicare appointment?

Bring your Medicare card, any current insurance cards, a list of your prescriptions with dosages, and the names of your doctors and pharmacy. If you are still working, bring information about your employer coverage. If you plan to discuss Medicare Advantage or Part D, complete a Scope of Appointment first.
