FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who should use the customer service form?

The customer service form is for current Kryder Cares clients who need help with an existing policy, such as billing questions, claims issues, ID cards or plan changes. If you are new and want a quote or consultation, use the request a quote form instead.

How long does it take to get a response?

Kris reviews customer service requests during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and follows up as soon as she can. Requests sent after hours or on weekends are handled the next business day. For anything urgent, such as a pharmacy problem, please call (419) 277-8097.

Can Kris help with a denied claim?

Kris can help you understand why a claim was denied, contact the insurance company on your behalf when permitted, and explain your appeal rights. Have your Explanation of Benefits or denial letter handy. The insurance company makes the final decision on claims, but having an agent in your corner can make the process easier.

What should I do if my plan changes for 2027?

Read your Annual Notice of Change, which plans mail each fall, and look for changes to premiums, drug coverage and networks. Then contact Kris. She can review the changes and compare other plans during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15 to December 7, 2026.

Should I put my Medicare number in the form?

No. Please do not include your Medicare number, Social Security number or bank information in the form. Just share your name, contact information and a short description of what you need. If Kris needs sensitive details to help, she will ask for them by phone or in person.

Can Kris help me if I lost my insurance ID card?

Yes. Kris can request a replacement card from your insurance company or show you how to print one from the plan’s member website. Many plans also offer digital ID cards through a mobile app. For your red, white and blue Medicare card, replacements are requested through Social Security or Medicare.
