These terms explain how Kryder Cares uses text messaging. Texts are limited to appointment reminders and short messages to collect information needed for upcoming appointments. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, get help by replying HELP, and message and data rates may apply.

Kryder Cares – SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to text messages from Kryder Cares, you agree to the following terms.

  • Program Description: Text messages will be related to appointment reminders and short messages to obtain additional information needed for upcoming appointments.
  • Frequency: Message frequency will vary.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP. Once you reply STOP to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the word HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at kris@krydercares.com.
  • Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages exchanged with this number. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your phone provider.
  • Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.

How do I stop receiving text messages?

Reply STOP to any message from Kryder Cares. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages. If you want to start receiving texts again later, just sign up the same way you did the first time.

Reply HELP to any Kryder Cares text message for more assistance, or email kris@krydercares.com. You can also call the office at (419) 277-8097, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kris can update your contact preferences or answer questions about the messaging program.

Will I be charged for text messages?

Kryder Cares does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates from your phone provider may apply for any messages you send or receive. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your phone provider. Charges depend on your individual mobile plan.

Is my phone number shared with other companies?

What if a text message is delayed or doesn’t arrive?

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you are expecting an appointment reminder and do not receive it, call (419) 277-8097 to confirm your appointment time. Also check that your phone number on file is correct and that you have not replied STOP.
